No – Many clients find it convenient to provide us with a set of keys for facilitating the collection and drop-off of their dogs when they are not at home. To ensure security and confidentiality, the keys are stored in a secure location without any markings that could identify the corresponding property.
How often should I book a group walk for my dog?
We suggest scheduling at least one weekly group walk for your dog. This routine promotes a strong bond with Tara, our main dog walker, and encourages social integration with the other dogs in the group. Dogs often eagerly anticipate meeting and playing with their canine companions during these outings and maintaining a consistent routine is advantageous for your dog’s overall well-being.
Do we have to arrange a Meet & Greet before my dog can go for group dog walks?
It’s not essential, but we strongly recommend it. Not only will it enable use to establish trust and a rapport with your dog, it will also be useful to meet for the first time when the owner is present to help develop that trust. We also use this opportunity to find out more about your dog and it’s a perfect time for you to get to know us and ask any questions you might have. Our Meet & Greets are free and usually only take around 20 minutes.
